شركة Everllence (سابقاً MAN Energy Solutions) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة معالج طلبات (Order Processor) في السعودية. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية إعداد عروض الأسعار وطلب قطع الغيار، والتنسيق مع شركات الشحن والمقر الرئيسي والعملاء، بالإضافة إلى مراقبة المخزون وتسجيل الأصول.

Everllence، المزود الرائد لحلول الدفع وإزالة الكربون والكفاءة للشحن والطاقة والصناعة، تبحث عن معالج طلبات للعمل ضمن فريقها في السعودية. سيتولى المرشح المختص تجهيز الطلبات وقطع الغيار المتعلقة بالخدمات، مع الالتزام بإرشادات الامتثال والمعايير التجارية للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة استفسارات قطع الغيار، بما في ذلك إرسال الاستفسارات للموردين/المقر الرئيسي، وإعداد عروض الأسعار للعملاء، وإنشاء أوامر الشراء في نظام ERP مثل SAP Business One.
- معالجة طلبات قطع الغيار ومكونات المحركات المتعلقة بالخدمات.
- إعداد عروض أسعار مبيعات لخدمات الورش والعمل على السفن وقطع الغيار وفقاً لإرشادات الامتثال في Everllence.
- متابعة التنسيق مع قسم اللوجستيات والموردين لضمان تسليم قطع الغيار في الوقت المحدد.
- التنسيق مع مقرات منتجات Everllence الرئيسية لتسليم العروض وقطع الغيار.
- التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات والعملاء.
- إنشاء عمليات التسليم في النظام ورفع الفواتير ضد مستندات التسليم، ثم تقديم الفاتورة للعميل عبر البوابة الإلكترونية.
- تحليل أنشطة المبيعات واستفسارات العملاء وإعداد التقارير بشكل دوري (تحويل الاستفسار إلى عرض، والعرض إلى طلب).
- زيارة العملاء في منطقة المبيعات عند الحاجة.
- ضمان إعداد عروض الأسعار بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- متابعة شركات الشحن.
- التحكم في تواريخ التسليم في أوامر المبيعات من خلال التنسيق مع مقرات منتجات Everllence.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المعاملات.
- معالجة الاستفسارات المتنوعة من العملاء.
- متابعة مدفوعات العملاء والفواتير المستحقة وأنشطة التحصيل لضمان تدفق نقدي سليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة البحرية.
- الجنسية السعودية.
- معرفة قوية بالمحركات مع فطنة تجارية وخبرة في مبيعات قطع الغيار.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أنظمة ERP، بما في ذلك SAP Business One وPrimeShop.
- كفاءة جيدة في استخدام أدوات MS Office (إكسل، وورد، باوربوينت).
- مهارات اتصال قوية مع طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
- Responsible for processing of spare parts enquiries, which includes floating enquires to suppliers / head quarter, preparing offers to customers and creating purchase orders to suppliers / head quarter in ERP system like SBO.
- Processes service related spare parts orders & engine components.
- Preparation of sales quotations for workshop, onboard service and spare parts by adhering to all Everllence compliance guidelines.
- Follow ups, coordinates with logistics department and suppliers for timely delivery of spare parts and engine components
- Coordinates with Everllence ES Product HQ’s for delivery of quotations and parts.
- Coordinate with Sales team and customer.
- Creating delivery in system and raising invoice in system against delivery documents. Invoice submission to customer through portal.
- Analyzes sales activities and customers enquiries and prepare reports periodically. (Enquiry to offer, Offer to order conversion reports)
- Visits customer in the sales region whenever it is required.
- Ensures timely and accurate preparation of quotations.
- Follow ups with freight companies
- Controls delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with Everllence ES Product HQ’s
- Maintains accurate records of all transactions.
- Handles miscellaneous queries from customers.
- Follow up on customer payments, outstanding invoices and dunning activities to ensure timely collection and healthy cash flow management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering
- Saudi nationality
- Strong engine knowledge with commercial acumen and experience in spare parts sales
- Proficient in ERP systems, including SAP Business One and PrimeShop
- Good proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
