تعلن شركة Alfanar Engineering Services عن توفر وظيفة مهندس اختبار وتشغيل (محطات الجهد العالي HV Substations) في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تنفيذ أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل واستكشاف الأعطال والطاقة لمحطات الجهد العالي (HV)، مع ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات العميل والمعايير الدولية للصناعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء اختبار وتشغيل محطات الجهد العالي/فائق الجهد (HV/EHV) (من 13.8kV إلى 380kV).
- تنفيذ أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل للمعدات التالية: Power Transformer, GIS/AIS Switchgear, Circuit Breaker, Disconnectors and Earthing Switches, Current Transformers (CTs), Voltage Transformers (VTs/CVTs), Protection & Control Panel, SCADA and Communication System.
- إجراء اختبار وتكوين مرحلات الحماية (protection relay testing and configuration).
- تنفيذ اختبارات الحقن الثانوي والأولي (secondary injection and primary injection tests).
- إجراء اختبارات المحولات مثل TTR ومقاومة الملف ومقاومة العزل والاختبارات الوظيفية.
- التحقق من القفل المنطقي (interlocks) ومنطق التحكم ومخططات الحماية.
- دعم أنشطة التغذية (energization) والمزامنة (synchronization).
- استكشاف أعطال المعدات والأنظمة أثناء التشغيل.
- إعداد إجراءات التشغيل وتقارير الاختبار وقوائم النقاط (punch lists).
- التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع أثناء أنشطة التشغيل.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات الجودة.
- إعداد تقارير التشغيل اليومية والأسبوعية والنهائية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-10 سنوات في اختبار وتشغيل محطات الجهد العالي (HV Substation Testing & Commissioning).
- خبرة في محطات AIS/GIS حتى 132kV/220kV/380kV.

Job Purpose:
To execute testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and energization activities for High Voltage (HV) substations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, client requirements, and international industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and commissioning of HV/EHV substations (13.8kV to 380kV)
- Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for
- Power Transformer
- GIS/AIS Switchgear
- Circuit Breaker
- Disconnectors and Earthing Switches
- Current Transformers (CTs)
- Voltage Transformers (VTs/CVTs)
- Protection & Control Panel
- SCADA and Communication System
- Carry out protection relay testing and configuration
- Perform secondary injection and primary injection tests
- Execute transformer testing including TTR, winding resistance, insulation resistance, and functional tests
- Verify interlocks, control logic, and protection schemes
- Support energization and synchronization activities
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues during commissioning
- Prepare commissioning procedures, test reports, and punch lists
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams during commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and final commissioning reports
.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HV Substation Testing & Commissioning
- Experience in AIS/GIS substations up to 132kV/220kV/380kV
