- إدارة المخاطر والتحليل: تحديد تحسينات العمليات، وتحليل تعارضات التصميم، وتقييم الموارد، والتنبؤ بالمخاطر والتخفيف منها طوال مرحلة ما قبل البناء. الموازنة بين نشر المبادرات الاستراتيجية والقيادة المتسقة لإدارة المشاريع.
- اتخاذ القرارات الحاسمة: تقييم المواقف المعقدة التي تتطلب رؤية ومشاركة القيادة. تطبيق الحكم السليم للتنقل بين القرارات، وموازنة المخاطر والفرص مع تحديد مسارات التصعيد المناسبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: construction or engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science
- 15+ years of experience in construction management, pre-construction management, or related disciplines with progressive leadership responsibility
- 10+ years leading development and pre-construction activities for logistics facilities, warehouses, industrial facilities, and/or critical infrastructure projects
- French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
- Master's degree in Engineering, or related field
