المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الاستشارات الاستراتيجية للعملاء وتحليل احتياجاتهم غير المعلنة.
- تصميم حلول مبتكرة وتقديم توصيات قوية بمصداقية وحزم.
- قيادة وإدارة المشاريع العميلة من خلال وضع خطط واضحة وتحديد التوقعات والإشراف على التفاصيل.
- تنسيق الموارد وإدارة نطاق العمل والمواعيد النهائية.
- بناء علاقات عميقة وموثوقة مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وأعضاء الفريق الداخليين.
- دعم وتطوير أعضاء فريق المشروع وتعزيز بيئة عمل محفزة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة استشارية لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- الجنسية السعودية.
- القدرة على السفر بنسبة 75% من الوقت والعمل في مكتب الرياض يومين في الأسبوع عند عدم السفر.
- سجل حافل في قيادة مشاريع أسفرت عن نتائج إيجابية لحسابات العملاء.

- مستشار مؤثر: يحدد احتياجات العميل غير المعلنة بشكل بديهي ويصمم حلولاً مبتكرة ويقدم توصيات جريئة.
- شريك مخلص: يبني علاقات عميقة وموثوقة مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وفريق العمل.

- قائد مشاريع استثنائي: يمتلك قدرة طبيعية على قيادة المشاريع وإنشاء الخطط وتحديد التوقعات وإدارة التفاصيل والموارد والنطاق والمواعيد.

- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- At least three years of consulting experience required
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required
- Saudi National required
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and work in our Riyadh office two days per week when not traveling
- Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts
