تعلن شركة المرافق للمشاريع المتقدمة (Almarfa Advanced Projects) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس عمليات وصيانة (Operations and Maintenance Engineer) للعمل في الرياض وجدة، بدوام كامل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ عمليات التشغيل الروتينية والصيانة الوقائية لأنظمة PTS (البرمجيات والمعدات).
  • تشخيص وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالبرمجيات والمعدات.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لتحسينه.
  • حفظ سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاحات وأداء النظام.
  • التعاون بفعالية مع أعضاء الفريق والتواصل بوضوح مع المشرفين والإدارات ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها ومعايير السلامة.
  • دعم عمليات الفحص والاختبار والمعايرة للمعدات.
  • الاستجابة السريعة لأعطال المعدات وحالات الطوارئ.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • مهندس جامعي في تخصص (كهرباء، إلكترونيات) - يجب التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
  • للسعوديين فقط.
  • القدرة على العمل في الموقع بدوام كامل في الرياض أو جدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة أو اهتمام قوي بأنظمة أتمتة المستشفيات أو تقنية الرعاية الصحية أو الحلول التقنية ذات الصلة.
  • القدرة على فهم المواصفات الفنية واتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية ودعم أنشطة تركيب وصيانة الأنظمة.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتركيز على الجودة والموثوقية.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة للعمل مع موظفي المستشفى والفرق التقنية والإدارة.
  • القدرة على إدارة الوقت والمهام بشكل مستقل ومسؤول.
  • خلفية أكاديمية مناسبة في الهندسة أو تقنية المعلومات أو تقنية الرعاية الصحية أو مجال مشابه (مفضلة).
  • خبرة سابقة في مرافق الرعاية الصحية أو مشاريع الأتمتة أو أدوار الدعم الفني (ميزة إضافية).

Job Title: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) engineer (Saudis)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine operations and preventive maintenance of PTS systems (hardware and software).

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues.

• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors and related departments.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Support inspections, testing, and calibration of equipment.

• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and emergency situations.


Qualifications:

• University engineers (Electrical, Electronics) - Saudi Council registration required

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of hospital automation systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet client requirements. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with hospital stakeholders, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with upgrades or enhancements. The role may also involve preparing documentation, providing training or guidance to end users, and collaborating with internal teams to improve overall service quality. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering reliable, cost-effective automation solutions that align with Almarfa Advanced Projects’ s

Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in hospital automation systems, healthcare technology, or related technical solutions.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications, follow standard operating procedures, and support system installation and maintenance activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and reliability.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with hospital staff, technical teams, and management.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, managing time and tasks independently and responsibly.
  • Relevant academic background in engineering, information technology, healthcare technology, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare facilities, automation projects, or technical support roles is an advantage.
