نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن متخصصين في الخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة سلسلة التوريد للمساهمة في مشروع عميل يركز على تحسين عمليات سلسلة التوريد والتوثيق. ستطبق خبرتك في تدريب الجيل التالي من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع التركيز على جودة المدخلات الواقعية. لا تشترط خبرة سابقة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، بل المعرفة المتخصصة في المجال. يتطلب الدور معرفة متقدمة بالخدمات اللوجستية العالمية، وعقلية تحليلية، وطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتحليل المستندات اللوجستية مثل قوائم التعبئة (packing lists)، سندات الشحن (bills of lading)، وسجلات المخزون (inventory registers) من حيث الصحة والدقة والامتثال للمعايير.
- تطوير وشرح نماذج توثيقية لإبراز أفضل الممارسات في الخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- تقييم واقتراح تحسينات في سير العمل الحالي لسلسلة التوريد بناءً على الخبرة العملية.
- تقديم ملاحظات مفصلة حول سيناريوهات لوجستية، مع التركيز على هياكل المستندات وتحسين العمليات.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لتوضيح المتطلبات وشرح المفاهيم اللوجستية المعقدة بتواصل واضح.
- المشاركة في عمليات ضمان الجودة بالتحقق من صلة ودقة مجموعات بيانات سلسلة التوريد.
- المساهمة في إعداد مواد تدريبية وموارد تعكس معايير الصناعة وتحديات سلسلة التوريد الدقيقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة سلسلة التوريد، خاصة مع قوائم التعبئة، سندات الشحن، وسجلات المخزون.
- يفضل فهم شامل لسير العمل اللوجستي، التوثيق، وعمليات سلسلة التوريد العالمية.
- القدرة على توصيل المفاهيم التقنية المعقدة بوضوح باللغة الإنجليزية.
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل عند مراجعة وإنشاء وثائق سلسلة التوريد.
- مهارات تحليلية مثبتة وخبرة في تحديد تحسينات العمليات في السياق اللوجستي.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، الخدمات اللوجستية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الراحة في العمل المستقل ضمن بيئة تعاونية عن بُعد، وتقديم مساهمات عالية الجودة في الوقت المحدد.

- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
- Proven analytical skills and experience identifying process improvements in a logistics context.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment and delivering timely, high-quality contributions.
