تعلن شركة Riyadh Geotechnique & Foundations (RGF) عن توفر وظيفة فنيين مؤهلين في اختبار الموجات فوق الصوتية باستخدام المصفوفات الطورية (PAUT) للعمل في موقع المشاريع بالرياض، السعودية. الوظيفة بدوام كامل وتتطلب التواجد في الموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء اختبار الموجات فوق الصوتية باستخدام المصفوفات الطورية (PAUT) والاختبارات غير التدميرية (NDT) الأخرى على الهياكل الفولاذية واللحامات والمكونات الحرجة وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية.
- تجهيز معدات الاختبار ومعايرة الأجهزة وتسجيل وتفسير نتائج الاختبارات.
- إعداد تقارير فحص واضحة ومفصلة.
- التعاون مع المهندسين وفرق مراقبة الجودة والمشرفين الميدانيين لضمان سلامة الهياكل والأساسات.
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة ودعم عمليات التدقيق وفحوصات العملاء.
- المشاركة في تحسين إجراءات الاختبار بشكل مستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة PAUT Level II (أو ما يعادلها) مع معرفة قوية بمبادئ الاختبار بالموجات فوق الصوتية وطرق NDT والكودات الدولية ذات الصلة (مثل ASME, AWS, ISO).
- خبرة عملية في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية، مع القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والإجراءات.
- القدرة على العمل بأمان في بيئات الميدان والموقع.
- إعداد تقارير فحص دقيقة والحفاظ على سجلات منظمة لضمان الجودة والامتثال.
- التزام واضح بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومتطلبات الجودة.
- دبلوم تقني أو درجة في الهندسة أو NDT أو مجال ذي صلة، مع خبرة عملية سابقة في PAUT/NDT في المشاريع الصناعية أو الإنشائية.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية قوية باللغة الإنجليزية، مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات والثقافات.
- الإلمام بطرق NDT الأخرى (مثل UT, MT, PT, RT) وشهادات NDT في عدة طرق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في مشاريع الجيوتقنية أو الأساسات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for PAUT Qualified Technicians. The technician will perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and related non-destructive testing (NDT) on structural steel, welds, and other critical components in accordance with project specifications and international standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing testing equipment, calibrating instruments, interpreting and recording test results, and preparing clear inspection reports. The role involves collaborating with engineers, quality control teams, and site supervisors to ensure the integrity and safety of structures and foundations. The technician will also maintain compliance with safety procedures, support audits and client inspections, and participate in continuous improvement of testing procedures.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- PAUT and NDT expertise: certified PAUT Level II (or equivalent), with strong knowledge of ultrasonic testing principles, NDT methods, and relevant international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO).
- Technical and field skills: experience working on construction or infrastructure projects, ability to read and interpret drawings and procedures, and capability to work safely in field and site environments.
- Reporting and documentation: ability to interpret indications accurately, prepare clear and detailed inspection reports, and maintain organized records for quality and compliance purposes.
- Safety and quality focus: demonstrated commitment to HSE policies, safe work practices, and adherence to company and client quality requirements.
- Education and experience: relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, NDT, or a related discipline, with prior hands-on PAUT/NDT experience in industrial or construction projects.
- Communication and collaboration: strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Additional assets: familiarity with other NDT methods (e.g., UT, MT, PT, RT), valid NDT certifications in multiple methods, and experience in geotechnical or foundation-related projects are considered an advantage.
