Ruh Al Fann is a luxury artisanal fashion house inspired by timeless craftsmanship and designed for the modern world. We are creating a globally recognized premium brand rooted in heritage, exceptional quality, exclusivity, and innovation.

Our collections are already in production, and we are seeking an ambitious Founding Partner / Co-Founder who shares our vision of building one of the world's most respected luxury brands.

Your Role

As a Founding Partner, you will work alongside the Founder to build every aspect of the business.

You will:

Shape the global vision, strategy, and long-term direction of Ruh Al Fann.

Build and strengthen the brand's luxury positioning and international presence.

Lead strategic partnerships, retail expansion, and business development.

Drive fundraising, investor relations, and capital-raising initiatives.

Build relationships with luxury retailers, distributors, and government stakeholders.

Expand operations across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international markets.

Recruit and build a world-class leadership team.

Help establish Ruh Al Fann as an internationally recognized luxury fashion house.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Based in Saudi Arabia or has strong business connections across the GCC.

Experienced in luxury fashion, premium retail, branding, or high-growth businesses.

Well-connected with investors, retailers, family offices, or government entities.

Experienced in fundraising, scaling businesses, or launching premium brands.

Entrepreneurial, visionary, and comfortable building from the ground up.

Passionate about creating a global legacy brand.

Ready to commit for the long term as a true business partner.
