المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير جميع مشروبات العصير والقهوة المطلوبة بطريقة متسقة وآمنة مع الحفاظ على مستويات إنتاجية عالية.
- تجهيز جميع المواد اللازمة لتشغيل البار بسلاسة.
- الحفاظ على سجل درجة الحرارة لجميع المجمدات والمبردات المخصصة للبار.
- تنفيذ المهام الجانبية الموكلة.
- إجراء الجرد اليومي والأسبوعي والشهري.
- ضمان عرض طازج وجذاب من خلال الحفاظ على نظافة الرفوف وامتلائها بالمنتجات مع تعبئة الواجهة الأمامية والتحقق من التواريخ وتدوير المنتجات وإزالة منتهية الصلاحية.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل وشراء آمنة ونظيفة ومنظمة.
- الالتزام دائمًا بمعايير النظافة التشغيلية وفقًا لجداول التنظيف.
- الإلمام بسياسات وإجراءات المطعم المتعلقة بالصحة والنظافة والسلامة من الحرائق وضمان التزام فريقك بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال بار المشروبات والعصائر والقهوة (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة كموظف مبيعات في مجال الأغذية أو بار العصائر.
- معرفة كاملة بأنواع القهوة والعصائر الطازجة والسموذي.
- اللغة: التاغالوغية (فلبينية).

- مهارات تواصل ممتازة واستعداد للعمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على تقديم المعلومات بوضوح واحترام لزملاء الفريق والعملاء.

Job Details
- Has a previous Juice & Smoothie Bar and Barista experience preferred With at least 1 year minimum experience as Food/Juice Bar Sales Staff.
- Must have full knowledge of various coffee brands / smoothies and fresh juices.
- Prepare all juice bar drinks ordered consistently and safely while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Keep ready all the Items to run the operation smoothly.
- Maintain temperature record for all the Freezer and Chillers allocated for Bar.
- Perform side work duties assigned.
- Stock taking and Inventory (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to fellow team members and customers.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to sell proactively.
- Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
- Effective time management skills - Strong work ethic and integrity - Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.

- Maintain the Coffee Machine and the other equipment such as the Blenders, Juicers, Mixers, knives, etc.
