Role Description The Registered Nurse role at Alsadiq Hospital is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with established clinical guidelines. Daily responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The nurse will educate patients and families about treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health promotion, while ensuring adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. The role also involves participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license/registration and completion of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred).
• Demonstrated clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control practices, and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records or hospital information systems.
• Prior experience in medical-surgical, emergency, or critical care units is an advantage; relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) are preferred.
