Tasamy for Impact is hiring a Community & Communications Lead to own our external presence, community engagement, events, and the commercial activation of our space in Riyadh.

This is a broad role that goes beyond social media. The role owns how Tasamy communicates, welcomes people, activates its community, and turns its events and space into meaningful relationships and revenue opportunities.

What you will own

• Manage Tasamy’s social media accounts end to end, including Arabic content planning, writing, publishing, engagement, and event coverage.
• Turn Tasamy’s projects, reports, and dialogues into clear and engaging content.
• Grow and actively engage Tasamy’s WhatsApp community and other communication channels.
• Plan and execute Tasamy Dialogues, meetups, workshops, and events from concept to completion.
• Market Tasamy’s space and generate revenue through rentals, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Manage inquiries, bookings, guest experience, venue readiness, hospitality, and coordination with suppliers and technical support.
• Represent Tasamy professionally in selected meetings and events and route opportunities to the right internal team.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of full-time, paid, post-graduation experience, excluding internships, cooperative training, and volunteering.
• Direct experience in social media, Arabic content, communities, events, communications, partnerships, or venue management.
• Excellent Arabic writing and professional conversational English.
• A warm, confident, highly social, and hands-on personality.
• Strong ownership and the ability to work independently without constant follow-up.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to convert interest into bookings, sponsorships, or partnerships.
• Available full-time and on-site in Riyadh, including occasional evening events.
• Experience in consulting, social impact, or the nonprofit sector is a plus.
