Dar Masarat is a Saudi management consulting firm delivering advisory, research, strategy, institutional excellence, and transformation projects across the public and private sectors. As a growing consulting firm, we operate with a lean core team while supporting multiple client projects through project-based teams and consultants. We are looking for an experienced accountant who can take ownership of our finance function and help strengthen our financial operations as we continue to grow.

• Manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records.
• Process payroll and employee financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements and VAT regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax filings and statutory reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability.
• Maintain financial controls and improve internal accounting processes.
• Support the implementation and ongoing use of Odoo ERP.
• Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, engineering consulting, or other project-based businesses is highly preferred.
• SOCPA certification or eligibility is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations, VAT, and ZATCA requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
