فني التحكم مسؤول عن تصميم وبرمجة وتشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتوثيق أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) وأنظمة التحكم في التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والحلول القائمة على وحدات التحكم الرقمية المباشرة (DDC) وأجهزة التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLC). يتطلب الدور تطبيق مبادئ هندسية سليمة وخبرة فنية لضمان التسليم الناجح لأنظمة التحكم وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الصناعة ومتطلبات العميل. يشمل الموقع التنسيق الوثيق مع الأقسام الداخلية والاستشاريين والمقاولين والمستخدمين النهائيين طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, and customer standards to develop control system designs and documentation.
- Prepare material and technical submittals, including:
- Data Point Schedules
- Control Schematics
- Sequences of Operation
- Project Schedules
- Technical Documentation
- Develop and write sequences of operation based on HVAC and Building Automation System (BAS) principles.
- Program, configure, and commission DDC and PLC-based control systems.
- Integrate systems using industry-standard communication protocols such as BACnet/IP, BACnet MSTP, Modbus, TCP/IP, and ARCNET.
- Troubleshoot complex site issues related to wiring, cabling, field devices, controller programming, and HVAC control applications.
- Understand DDC panel wiring and functionality to implement and verify control strategies.
- Develop and configure BAS graphical interfaces and equipment graphics.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and successful demonstrations of BAS and connected systems to clients.
- Ensure compliance with project Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and maintain relevant documentation.
- Prepare project closeout and handover documentation, including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
- Coordinate design and technical requirements with Sales, Applications, and Operations teams.
- Read and interpret project specifications, MEP drawings, and control schematics.
- Create and maintain Controls/BMS documentation using AutoCAD and Visio.
- Attend internal and external project meetings with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Deliver assigned tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction, quality standards, and specification compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in HVAC Controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), DDC, or PLC programming.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, BAS/BMS solutions, and Chiller Plant Management systems.
- Experience with control system design, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industry communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, MSTP, and ARCNET.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO processes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
- Experience with ALC (Automated Logic Controls) products and solutions.
- Previous experience in large commercial, industrial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of energy management and optimization strategies within BMS environments.
