Junior General Accountant

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

GOLYV is looking for a Junior General Accountant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow professionally. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, financial reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of financial records while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post daily financial transactions and journal entries accurately. 
• Perform daily account reconciliations with customers to ensure accurate balances. 
• Monitor the automated payment platform and reconcile all transactions with bank statements. 
• Prepare, issue, and manage VAT invoices in compliance with Saudi regulations. 
• Review, reconcile, and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) balances. 
• Assist with month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records. 
• Support the Finance team with financial reporting and other accounting tasks as required. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience. 
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 
• Available to join immediately. 
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliations. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP software is a plus. 
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
