About the Job:

Position/Title

Field Service Engineer

Purpose of Function

Perform with sole responsibility all tasks in Life Cycle of devices (installation, maintenance, repair, corrective actions, etc.) as directed (geographically, by product line, by task, etc.) to ensure safety of patients and users.

Generate and develop revenue and DVA for LCS business (service, contracts, accessories, etc.) in cooperation with internal and external customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• 1. 20% Perform corrective repairs / maintenance visits
• 2. 15% Execute technical corrective actions
• 3. 20% Generate and develop revenue and DVA in area of responsibility
• 4. 5% Support installation team, provide basic orientation training (BIO)
• 5. 5% Feedback quality situation and issues from field to Service and Quality Management
• 6. 5% Maintain and update installed database of medical devices and related information in area
• of responsibility
• 7. 20% Maintain medical device records according to Draeger standards and local regulations
• 8. 5% Provide support to sales and marketing (replacements, special sales programs, demos,

congresses, exhibitions, workshops, etc.)

• 9. 5% Represent Draeger Arabia in front of customer whenever is requested

Education

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

Related Experience

At least practical training in Biomedical Engineering & Medical Devises

Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications

Advanced English language

Computer knowledge, Basic Networking.
