Role Description

We have an opening for a full-time, on-site (field) Delivery Driver cum Merchandiser specialising in FMCG Traditional Trade and Wholesale, based in Jeddah. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering ordered goods on time, and ensuring the availability of our products on shelf across traditional trade and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities include achieving merchandising REx KPIs, DIFOT targets, Proof of Delivery documentation, and Returns handling. The candidate is also expected to be in close coordination with field sales, and merchandising teams to achieve company goals.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1-2 Years experience in FMCG merchandising and delivery in western region, preferably in discounters, wholesale, and large format retailers.
• Comfortable with lifting, and unloading/loading goods
• Experience in Proof of Delivery and Return documentation
• Good with technology and handheld devices for fulfilment operations
• Experience with Merchandising a strong plus
• Effective communicator, and time management
• Good knowledge of routes, especially in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif

Requirements

• Valid (medium/heavy) driving license.
• Excellent work ethic, professionalism, and discipline in time management.
• Ability to travel between Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif as needed.
• Transferable Iqama (for Non-Saudis) and must be based in Jeddah.
• Notice period equal to or less than 1 Month.
• English & Arabic Mandatory.
