المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الزوار والعملاء بحرارة وتوجيههم إلى المكان المناسب داخل المنشأة.
- تقديم معلومات أساسية عن المنتجات أو الخدمات المقدمة والرد على استفسارات العملاء.
- تحويل المكالمات الواردة إلى الأقسام المناسبة داخل المنشأة والتعامل مع الاستفسارات البسيطة عبر الهاتف.
- معالجة الشكاوى بشكل مهني والعمل على حلها فوراً أو تحويلها إلى الشخص المناسب.
- تنظيم جدول المواعيد المحجوزة مسبقاً لضمان عدم وجود تداخلات.
- حل أي مشكلات قد يواجهها العملاء المتعلقة بالخدمات أو المنتجات المقدمة.
- تقديم مساعدة إضافية للعملاء من خلال توجيههم داخل المنشأة أو تقديم المشورة حول اختيار المنتجات.
- المساهمة في بيئة عمل إيجابية من خلال التفاعل بلطف واحترافية مع العملاء والزملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو مكاتب الاستقبال (يفضل في مجال اللياقة البدنية أو الضيافة).
- مهارات تواصل ودية واحترافية وواثقة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع استفسارات الأعضاء والتسجيلات والمبيعات الأساسية.
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية (أنظمة الحجوزات، Microsoft Office، أو برامج CRM).
- مظهر لائق وموقف إيجابي.

With 11 branches across Jeddah, Riyadh, and Khobar, we offer a dynamic work environment and numerous benefits for our employees.
· Providing Information: Offer basic information about the products or services provided and answer any inquiries clients may have.
· Directing Phone Calls: Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments within the facility and handle simple inquiries over the phone.
· Handling Complaints: Address complaints professionally, striving to resolve them promptly or directing them to the appropriate person.
· Scheduling Appointments: Organize the schedule for pre-booked appointments to ensure no overlaps.
