ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To support the implementation, integration, and deployment of technical solutions and products within the Data Sources & Integration Department. The role contributes to delivering scalable technical solutions, supporting product implementation activities, and ensuring effective integration with internal and external systems to achieve business and customer objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. Technical Solution Implementation

• Support the implementation and deployment of products and technical solutions.
• Participate in configuring and integrating systems according to business and technical requirements.
• Assist in validating implementation outcomes and ensuring successful delivery.

1. Systems Integration

• Support integration activities between products, platforms, and external/internal systems.
• Assist in developing and testing APIs, interfaces, and integration components.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support resolution activities.

1. Technical Analysis & Requirements

• Analyze business and technical requirements related to implementation activities.
• Support the preparation of technical specifications and implementation documentation.
• Participate in solution design discussions and implementation planning.

1. Product & Platform Support

• Support technical implementation activities for products and platforms throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Support onboarding and configuration activities for new implementations.

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance support activities.
• Validate technical solutions against functional and technical requirements.
• Document test results and support issue resolution activities.

1. Technical Operations Support

• Support operational activities related to deployed products and technical solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining service continuity.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements when required.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with technical teams, business teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Support communication and coordination activities throughout implementation phases.
• Participate in workshops and technical discussions as required.

1. Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical configurations, integrations, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

1. Information Security

• Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Years and Nature of Experience

• 0-2 years of experience or exposure in software implementation, systems integration, application development, or related technical domains, including internships or academic projects.
