المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وإدارة الحملات التسويقية اليومية.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين الطبيين لإنتاج محتوى دقيق وجذاب.
- الإشراف على قنوات التسويق الرقمية والتقليدية.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وبيانات المرضى.
- إدارة وضع العلامة التجارية ومراقبة أداء الحملات لتحسين جذب المرضى والاحتفاظ بهم.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية وإدارة الموردين الخارجيين.
- ضمان امتثال جميع المواد التسويقية للمعايير الطبية والتنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في تخطيط السوق والتسويق لتصميم وتنفيذ حملات فعالة تركز على المريض.
- خبرة في التسويق الطبي للتواصل بدقة وأخلاقيات حول الخدمات السريرية.
- القدرة على إجراء تحليل السوق وأبحاث السوق لتحديد الفرص واحتياجات المرضى والمواقع التنافسية.
- خبرة مثبتة في استخدام أدوات التسويق الرقمي وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومنصات التحليل الأساسية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الرعاية الصحية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة في مجال الرعاية الصحية أو العيادات الطبية أو خدمات التجميل والجلدية ميزة قوية.
- القدرة على العمل حضورياً في الرياض وإدارة مشاريع متعددة والتعاون بفعالية مع الفرق السريرية والإدارية.
