نبحث عن مشرف ميكانيكي / فني خدمة ذو خبرة قوية في التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة لأنظمة مناولة المواد السائبة في قطاع الأغذية و/أو البولي أوليفين (PE/PP). المرشحون قد يأتون من خلفية ميكانيكية أو ميكاترونيكس. هذه الوظيفة تتيح تحمل المسؤولية في مواقع التركيب الدولية وضمان خدمة التشغيل والأداء عالي الجودة لعملائنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على وتنسيق أعمال التركيب الميكانيكية والميكاترونيكية لأنظمة مناولة المواد السائبة في قطاع الأغذية و/أو البولي أوليفين (PE/PP).
- قيادة وتوجيه فرق التركيب والمقاولين من الباطن في الموقع.
- ضمان جودة التركيب والامتثال للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير السلامة.
- تنفيذ التجميع الميكانيكي والمحاذاة والاختبار والتشغيل للآلات والأنظمة.
- إجراء أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في مواقع العملاء.
- تشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والميكاترونيكية أثناء التركيب والتشغيل وبعد بدء التشغيل.
- دعم العملاء في الصيانة الوقائية وتحسين النظام.
- تقديم الدعم في الموقع وتنسيق الدعم عن بعد عند الحاجة.
- إعداد تقارير التركيب ووثائق الخدمة وبروتوكولات التسليم.
- دعم مدراء المشاريع بتحديثات التقدم وتحديد المخاطر والملاحظات الفنية.
- تدريب موظفي العملاء على تشغيل وصيانة المعدات المثبتة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير النظافة والصناعة الغذائية أثناء جميع أعمال التركيب والخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتمام تعليم فني في الميكانيكا أو الميكاترونيكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- عدة سنوات من الخبرة في التركيب الصناعي للمصانع و/أو الخدمة الفنية، ويفضل في مجال مناولة المواد السائبة الغذائية.
- فهم قوي للأنظمة الميكانيكية والمعدات الدوارة والأنظمة الهوائية والواجهات الكهربائية الأساسية.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية ومخططات P&IDs وخطط التركيب.
- عقلية عملية مع مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- خبرة في الإشراف على فرق صغيرة أو مقاولين من الباطن.
- مستوى عالٍ من المسؤولية والموثوقية وأسلوب عمل منظم.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وعقلية موجهة نحو العميل.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل العربية (دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي) والعمل في مواقع التركيب والخدمة.
- مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغات الإضافية ميزة.

We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor / Service Technician for our location in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, at the earliest possible date.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Supervision
- Supervising and coordinating mechanical and mechatronic installation works for Food and/or Polyolefine (PE/PP) bulk material handling systems
- Leading and guiding installation teams and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring installation quality, adherence to technical specifications, and compliance with safety standards
- Performing mechanical assembly, alignment, testing, and commissioning of machinery and systems
- Conducting service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities at customer sites
- Diagnosing mechanical and mechatronic issues during installation, commissioning, and after start-up
- Supporting customers with preventive maintenance and system optimization
- Providing on-site and coordinating remote service support when required
- Preparing installation reports, service documentation, and handover protocols
- Supporting project managers with progress updates, risk identification, and technical feedback
- Training customer personnel on operation and maintenance of installed equipment
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food industry standards during all installation and service work
- Completed technical education in Mechanics, Mechatronics or a related field
- Several years of experience in industrial plant installation and/or technical service, ideally in food bulk material handling
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, pneumatics, and basic electrical interfaces
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs and installation layouts
- Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience supervising small teams or subcontractors
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel in Arabia (GCC Countries) and work on installation and service sites
- Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Key technical role with responsibility for installation quality, service performance, satisfaction
