One of our clients is seeking a SailPoint IIQ Engineer to join their Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation, customization, administration, and support. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Certification: SailPoint IIQ Engineer Certification

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IQService environments.
• Perform SailPoint IIQ patching, upgrades, and post-upgrade validation activities.
• Configure and customize SailPoint components including rules, workflows, certifications, lifecycle events, policies, and provisioning processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including Build Guides, Design Documents, Test Plans, and Operations Manuals.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and translate business needs into effective IAM solutions.
• Onboard out-of-the-box and custom applications (JDBC, Web Services, etc.) into the IGA platform.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations with enterprise applications.
• Customize integrations using Java, SQL, REST APIs, SCIM, and related technologies.
• Manage Roles and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementations and operational activities.
• Support the complete IGA implementation lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot complex SailPoint issues and collaborate with engineering and operations teams for resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), knowledge transfer sessions, and client handovers.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Strong experience in SailPoint installation, configuration, customization, administration, and support.
• Expertise in SailPoint workflows, rules, certifications, lifecycle management, provisioning, and policy management.
• Experience providing L1 and L2 SailPoint support across multiple customer environments.
• Strong understanding of JBoss, Tomcat, and Java environments for SailPoint deployment and maintenance.

• Understanding of broader IAM technologies including:
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise-scale IAM/IGA programs.
• Exposure to cloud-based identity platforms and hybrid IAM environments.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
