We are looking for an experienced IT Quality Control Specialist to join our team and contribute to ensuring the quality and efficiency of technology systems and digital solutions used in the financing and financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, execute, and document test plans and test cases for systems and applications.

• Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Identify, document, and track system defects and issues through resolution.

• Verify the quality of system enhancements and new releases before deployment.

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with approved quality standards.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to improve system and service quality.

• Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in IT Quality Control (IT QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or System Testing.
• Previous experience in FinTech, Financing, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be currently residing and physically based in Saudi Arabia.
