🇸🇦 Customs Operations Coordinator (Saudi Nationals Only)

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Operations Coordinators to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics and customs operations who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily customs and operational activities to ensure seamless workflow.
• Liaise with customs authorities, customs brokers, Gateway (GTW) teams, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
• Track shipments and follow up on customs clearance and operational processes to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
• Escalate operational exceptions and provide timely updates to management.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, customs operations, freight forwarding, supply chain.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good IT and computer system knowledge.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment.
