At Mnzil, we're building the team that will lead our next phase of sales growth. We're looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to help drive the sales team's performance while continuing to close deals on your own accounts.

As an Assistant Business Development Manager, you will support the Business Development Manager in hitting the team's sales targets while personally owning a portfolio of key accounts.

🔑 What You'll Own

• Support the Business Development Manager in driving daily sales performance
• Help distribute leads and accounts across the sales team
• Coach junior sales reps on pipeline management and closing techniques
• Own and close a portfolio of key accounts and high-value opportunities
• Track team sales numbers against targets and flag gaps early

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong personal sales track record
• experience in coaching or supporting other sales reps
• Ability to balance personal sales targets with team support responsibilities
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English
