About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to manage Aqar's TikTok and Snapchat presence. This role combines content creation, social media management, and agency coordination to ensure our channels consistently deliver engaging and high-quality content.

The ideal candidate enjoys being behind and in front of the camera, can capture content on-site, perform basic video editing, identify trends, and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage Aqar's TikTok and Snapchat accounts.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Monitor account performance and optimize content based on insights.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, features, and best practices.
• Engage with comments and support community management when needed.

Content Creation

• Capture photo and video content during company events, project launches, client visits, and internal activities.
• Produce short-form videos optimized for TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create engaging behind-the-scenes, educational, and promotional content.
• Generate creative content ideas aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Video Editing

• Perform basic video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Add captions, transitions, music, and simple motion graphics suitable for social media.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Agency Coordination

• Work closely with creative and social media agencies to execute campaigns.
• Review creative deliverables and provide feedback.
• Coordinate content production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain consistency between agency-produced and in-house content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with the Marketing, Design, Product, and Commercial teams to develop content that supports business goals.
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and partners when filming content.
• Support marketing campaigns with organic social content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok, Snapchat, or similar social media platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Snapchat algorithms and content trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable filming on-site and attending events.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing or creative agencies.
• Photography or videography experience.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in real estate, technology, or digital platforms is a plus.
