Role Description The Chinese Client Relations Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate communication regarding the firm’s services. Day-to-day tasks include handling client support requests, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, preparing and translating client-facing documents where needed, and tracking client satisfaction. The specialist will also assist in onboarding new clients, follow up on ongoing engagements, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience. Collaboration with audit, tax, and advisory teams is essential to deliver consistent and professional service.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing abilities, including Client Relations and Customer Support skills to manage and respond to client needs effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Capacity to understand professional services environments (audit, tax, advisory) or related sectors is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and prioritize multiple client requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Languages, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• No Prior experience in client service required, but preferred.
