شركة KBR، من خلال قسم Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS)، تبحث عن مدير للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Manager) للعمل في موقع رابغ، مكة المكرمة. يشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير جميع الوثائق والفحوصات التشغيلية والتقارير اللازمة لنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) بما يتوافق مع معايير OHSAS وISO، بما في ذلك الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • مراقبة أداء مراقبي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في تنفيذ عمليات التدقيق المستمرة.
  • إدارة مراقبي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتنسيق جدول تدقيقهم، والتحقيق في الجذور الأساسية لشكاوى الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المقدمة من الموظفين ورفع النتائج إلى مدير HSEQ.
  • التنسيق والمشاركة في التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة.
  • تدقيق الأعمال التي يتم تنفيذها بموجب 'تصريح العمل الآمن' (Safe Work Permit).
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ تحليل سلامة الوظيفة (Job Safety Analysis) وتفتيش أنشطة موقع العمل في حالات العمل الصعبة أو الخطرة بشكل خاص.
  • مساعدة إدارة الشركة في إعداد وعرض اجتماعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الميدانية.
  • مراجعة وتحليل الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة وتقديم توصيات بشأن الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان إجراء تمارين و drills منتظمة للاستجابة للطوارئ لتحقيق أعلى مستوى من الاستعداد في أي حالة طارئة، مع الاحتفاظ بسجلات لهذه التمارين وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ وخطط الإخلاء في الموقع.
  • إعداد التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية والإحصائيات والعروض التقديمية المتعلقة بأداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، أو إدارة البيئة، أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مصفاة أو صناعة بتروكيماوية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وقراءةً.
  • معرفة جيدة بنظام SAP.
  • معرفة مناسبة بعمليات التشغيل في المصنع.
  • فهم تقني جيد لإدارة تنفيذ الصيانة.
  • معرفة قوية بتحليل السبب الجذري (Root Cause Analysis - RCA).
  • فهم تقني جيد لإدارة الأفراد.
  • فهم تقني قوي لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).

KBR is looking for an HSE Manager- Establish a Contractor HSE Management System that is compliant with OHSAS and ISO monitor compliance with the HSE management system of Company

Location: Rabigh

Responsibilities

  • Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System to be compliant with OHSAS and ISO standards, including corrective and preventive measures.
  • Monitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits
  • Manage the HSE controllers and coordinate their audit schedule. Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members and report the result to the HSEQ manager.
  • Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses
  • Audit work being performed with "Safe Work Permit"
  • Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.
  • Assist Company management in the preparation and presentation of field HSE meetings.
  • Review and analyses accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.
  • Ensure regular emergency response exerCi5es and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, Safety, Environment Management, Chemical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12+years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with HSE section.
  • Fluent in writing and reading English.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system.
  • Fair knowledge in process operations of plant.
  • Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
  • Strong knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Good technical understanding of People management.
  • Strong technical understanding of HSE requirements
  • Well organized and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi- cultural environment
