Role Description This متدرب Customer Service role is an on-site internship position based in the Riyadh Region. The intern will support day-to-day customer service activities, including responding to inquiries, handling phone calls, and providing information about Talenzia’s services. Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, following up on requests, and ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and collecting feedback to improve customer satisfaction and service processes. Interns will gain practical experience in customer communication, service standards, and professional workplace etiquette.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Ability to contribute to high Customer Satisfaction and consistent Customer Experience.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication skills.
• Good spoken and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow guidelines, and work collaboratively on-site in the Riyadh Region.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office and communication tools.
• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
