المهام والمسؤوليات

أعمال الصيانة المدنية (Civil) مثل الأبواب والتشطيبات والإصلاحات العامة، بالإضافة إلى مهام الفني متعدد المهارات في مجال إدارة المرافق (Facility Management).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • مؤهل دبلوم في تخصص مدني (Civil).
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • خبرة سابقة في فنادق فاخرة أو مجمعات سكنية فاخرة.
  • خبرة سابقة في دول الخليج.
  • مظهر جيد وعرض مهني لائق.
  • إرفاق صورة شخصية حديثة مع السيرة الذاتية.

  • Balance for civil, doors, finishes and general repairs.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in luxury hotels or luxury residential compounds
  • Previous GULF experience
