تعلن شركة Oracle عن توفر وظيفة "مدير حساب تجديد الخدمات" (Services Renewal Account Manager) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. المسؤول عن تجديد عقود دعم الأجهزة والبرمجيات لعملاء متوسطين وكبار، مع التركيز على تعزيز رضا العملاء وتنمية حصة الشركة في الحسابات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن تجديد العقود في الوقت المحدد للعملاء في المنطقة المخصصة.
- توعية العملاء بالممارسات التجارية والآثار التعاقدية المرتبطة بها.
- ضمان وعي العملاء وفهمهم للعناصر المناسبة من محفظة Oracle.
- إدارة الاستثناءات للعملاء الذين يعانون من مشكلات قد تؤخر أو تمنع التجديد.
- تحديد وتحويل الفرص البارزة إلى ممثلي المبيعات.
- التنبؤ بدقة بأهداف الأعمال والفرص في المنطقة.
- إدارة مخاطر الإلغاء بشكل استباقي والحد من المخاطر للحفاظ على قاعدة العقود وتأمينها.
- العمل على استعادة العقود الملغاة سابقًا أو الحالات التي لم يتم فيها إرفاق الدعم عند نقطة بيع الأجهزة.
- تنمية المنطقة المتاحة من خلال بيع الخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة مثل الدعم الموسع أو خدمات DDR عند الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المستوى الوظيفي: IC3 (فردي مساهم).
- خبرة في إدارة تجديد العقود أو مبيعات الخدمات لعملاء متوسطين وكبار.
- القدرة على لعب دور مدير نجاح العملاء وامتلاك مؤشر رضا العملاء (CSAT).
- العمل على تنمية حصة Oracle في الحساب.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي قوية - شرط أساسي.
- مهارة معالجة الاعتراضات والتوجه نحو النتائج.
- التوجه نحو تحقيق الأهداف وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء.

Job Description
What you'll do
The individual would be responsible for timely renewals of both Hardware and Software support contracts for medium-sized to large customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and complete understanding of our Support Services portfolio. Manage cancellation risks proactively and mitigate risks to retain and secure the Contract base. Continue to look for WINBACKs from contracts cancelled in the past or cases where support was not attached during Point Of Sale of Hardware. Grow the available territory by selling Value-Added services like Extended Support or DDR Services, where applicable. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
