المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة واعتماد خطط النقل الرئيسية.
- التنسيق مع القيادات في قطاعات النقل البري والبحري والجوي.
- ضمان الامتثال للأطر التنظيمية.
- التعاون مع الإدارات الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لدفع التميز التشغيلي.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وإدارة المخاطر في مبادرات النقل واسعة النطاق.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قيادية وحوكمة مثبتة في مجال النقل أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو البنية التحتية أو القطاع العام.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتطوير السياسات واتخاذ القرارات في بيئات متعددة القطاعات.
- معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة النقل البري والبحري والجوي، بما في ذلك الأطر التنظيمية والسلامة والتشغيل.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض والتواصل مع الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص.

- Relevant academic background in transport planning, logistics, public administration, engineering, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
