About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, security, performance, and compliance with IT governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user access control.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain system documentation and infrastructure diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Strong experience with: Windows Server administration,Active Directory & DNS,Virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V),Backup & recovery solutions
• Experience with server hardware and storage systems.
• Understanding of network fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good documentation and reporting skills
