We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Specialist - Enterprise Architecture to lead enterprise architecture initiatives, align technology with business strategy, and drive digital transformation programs in accordance with national frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance.
• Lead digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Build enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Develop architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.
• Lead business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Evaluate current and future-state architectures.
• Conduct architecture assessments and recommend improvements.
• Ensure alignment with NORA and TOGAF frameworks.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture teams and mentor stakeholders.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:
