Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Window Tinter role based at Topaz Detailing Riyadh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Window Tinter applies window tint films to a variety of vehicles, ensuring precise installation, clean edges, and high-quality finishes that meet brand standards. Daily responsibilities include inspecting glass surfaces, measuring and cutting film, preparing and cleaning windows, and installing tint while preventing bubbles and defects. The role also involves advising clients on film options, heat and UV protection benefits, and local regulations, as well as maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean workspace. Collaboration with detailing and paint protection teams is expected to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive window tint installation, including measuring, cutting, and applying film to various vehicle types.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to identify and correct imperfections during and after installation.
• Good understanding of automotive glass, tint film properties, and basic vehicle aesthetics.
• Ability to work safely with tools and equipment, follow shop procedures, and adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to explain tint options, care instructions, and manage client expectations.
• Capacity to work on-site full time, stand for extended periods, and handle a physically active workload.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing, paint protection film, or a similar workshop environment is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
