المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية تمريضية آمنة تركز على المريض في بيئة سريرية.
- تقييم حالة المرضى، إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب الوصفات الطبية، ومراقبة العلامات الحيوية.
- توثيق الرعاية بدقة في السجلات الطبية.
- التعاون مع الأطباء وغيرهم من المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية.
- دعم الإجراءات الطبية وتثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول خطط العلاج والحفاظ على الصحة.
- اتباع بروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى، والالتزام بسياسات المستشفى والمعايير الدولية.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تحسين الجودة والتعليم المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة التمريض سارية المفعول.
- إكمال برنامج تمريض معتمد (يفضل بكالوريوس العلوم في التمريض أو ما يعادله).
- خبرة في المستشفيات أو العيادات، ويفضل في أقسام الجراحة العامة أو الطوارئ أو وحدات التخصص.
- القدرة على العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية والانفتاح على بيئات متعددة الثقافات.
- الاحترافية والموثوقية والالتزام بالتعلم المستمر والتطوير (الخبرة الدولية السابقة ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات سريرية قوية في تقييم المرضى، وإعطاء الأدوية، والإجراءات التمريضية الأساسية والمتقدمة.
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل فعالة مع المرضى المتنوعين وعائلاتهم والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- القدرة على اتباع الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة، ومعايير مكافحة العدوى، وبروتوكولات السلامة.
- إتقان توثيق رعاية المرضى واستخدام السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية واتباع إجراءات التقارير.
- القدرة على التكيف مع البيئات الجديدة والرغبة في العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

- Proficiency in documenting patient care, using electronic medical records, and following reporting procedures.
