شركة HDR، إحدى الشركات الهندسية الرائدة والمملوكة لموظفيها، تبحث عن مهندس نقل أول للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض، السعودية. نؤمن ببيئة عمل شاملة تحتفي بالتنوع وتمكّن كل فرد من الإسهام بأفكاره.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات هندسة النقل لمشاريع النقل العام والطرق السريعة والجهات الحكومية والمدن والمقاطعات.
- الإشراف على دراسات الممرات، نمذجة التوقعات، تحليل الحركة المرورية، تخطيط النقل، وتطوير رسوم الأثر.
- استيعاب وإدارة البيانات وجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالمشروع من خلال الأبحاث والمقابلات مع الجهات الحكومية والعملاء ومراجعة الخرائط ومسوح استخدام الأراضي والتحليل الاجتماعي الاقتصادي.
- إعداد خرائط القيود (Constraints Mapping) والوثائق المطلوبة مثل الإعفاءات القاطعة (Categorical Exclusions) والتقييمات البيئية ودراسات الأثر البيئي والتقارير الفنية الأخرى.
- المساعدة في التحضير والمشاركة في اجتماعات وجلسات الاستماع العامة.
- أداء مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التخطيط أو الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة المدنية) أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تخطيط النقل (مطلوب).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تخطيط النقل (مطلوب - وفقاً لمتطلبات إضافية).
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية (مفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في التصميم أو التخطيط أو تحليل الحركة المرورية (مفضل).
- خبرة في تصميم أو تخطيط أو تحليل الطرق الحضرية والريفية والتقاطعات والطرق السريعة والمبادلات متعددة المستويات (مفضل).
- خبرة في دراسات تأثير الحركة المرورية (Traffic Impact Studies) (مفضل).
- الالتزام والمشاركة الفاعلة في ثقافة الملكية للموظفين (شرط أساسي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية واتصال ممتازة.
- فهم مبادئ تخطيط النقل العام.
- موقف إيجابي والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وأفراد.
- مهارات قوية في تطوير الأعمال والقدرة على التواصل الجيد مع العملاء.
- مهارات تقديمية ممتازة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج CAD، Synchro، Vissim، Microsoft Office، ArcInfo/ArcView.

In the role of Senior Transportation Engineer, we'll count on you to:
- Provide transportation engineering services for transit, highway, state agencies, cities and counties
- Take responsibility for corridor studies, forecast modeling, traffic analysis, transportation planning, and impact fee development
- Assimilate and manage data
- Collect project-related data as needed, which may include research, interviews with government agencies and clients, map reviews, land use surveys, and socioeconomic analysis
- Prepare constraints mapping
- Prepare required documents such as categorical exclusions, environmental assessments, environmental impact studies and other technical reports
- Assist in preparation for and participate in public information meetings and hearings
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years' experience with transportation planning
- Possess excellent analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of transit planning principles
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and personnel
- Solid business development skills; demonstrated ability to relate well to clients; and demonstrated presentation skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years design, planning, or traffic analysis experience
- Experience designing, planning, or analyzing urban arterials, rural highways, intersections, freeways, and/or multi-level interchanges.
- Experience with Traffic Impacts Studies
- Experience with CAD software, Synchro and Vissim, Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning or closely related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience with transportation planning
- MS Office, CAD, ArcInfo/ArcView
