تعلن شركة IDOM للاستشارات والهندسة والعمارة عن وظيفة مهندس ميكانيكي/كهربائي (مستوى متوسط) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة ودعم المشاريع الهندسية من التصميم إلى التنفيذ.
- إجراء تحليلات متقدمة وتقديم إرشادات فنية للمهندسين المبتدئين.
- إعداد تقارير ومواصفات ووثائق مفصلة.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية والمحلية ومتطلبات السلامة والجودة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة عملية من 4 إلى 5 سنوات في المشاريع الهندسية.
- سعودي الجنسية.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ الهندسة وأدواتها وأفضل الممارسات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات.
- خبرة دولية أو خبرة في العمل على مشاريع عالمية.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات CAD وبرامج الهندسة.
- الإلمام باللوائح المحلية والمعايير الصناعية.

- Lead and support engineering projects from design to implementation.
- Perform advanced analysis and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international and local standards, safety, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (master’s degree preferred).
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in engineering projects.
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- International exposure or experience working on global projects.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering software.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
