تعلن شركة علم عن توفر وظيفة محلل أعمال (Business Analyst) في مدينة الرياض، وذلك لدعم أنشطة تحليل الأعمال للنظام التجاري من خلال جمع وتوثيق والتحقق من متطلبات الأعمال، والمساهمة في تحليل الوضع الحالي والمستقبلي، وتقديم خيارات تصميم الحلول بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل واحتياجات أصحاب المصلحة، وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط ومراقبة تحليل الأعمال: دعم إعداد أنشطة تحليل الأعمال وخطط العمل ذات الصلة، وتحديد أصحاب المصلحة والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة معهم، وصيانة أدوات التحليل والمستودعات لضمان سهولة الوصول والتوثيق.
- استنباط المتطلبات والتحقق منها: التحضير لجلسات استنباط المتطلبات من خلال تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية والمشاركة، وجمع متطلبات الأعمال من أصحاب المصلحة والتحقق من دقتها ووضوحها واتساقها، والتحقق من المتطلبات مع أصحاب المصلحة لدعم الفهم المشترك والاتفاق الرسمي.
- توثيق المتطلبات وإدارتها: توثيق متطلبات الأعمال باستخدام طرق التوثيق الرسمية وغير الرسمية حسب الاقتضاء، والحفاظ على سجلات المتطلبات والموافقات والمواد الداعمة طوال دورة حياة المتطلبات، ودعم إعادة استخدام المتطلبات عبر الحلول ذات الصلة.
- تحليل الوضع الحالي والمستقبلي: المشاركة في تحليل الوضع الحالي والمستقبلي مع مراعاة القدرات والعمليات والتكنولوجيا والبنية التحتية والسياسات، ودعم تحديد الفجوات واحتياجات الانتقال والتغييرات المطلوبة، والمساعدة في تحليل المخاطر والتأثيرات المحتملة.
- دعم تصميم الحلول: المساهمة في تحديد ومراجعة متطلبات الحل لضمان توافقها مع احتياجات العمل ومعايير الجودة، وصياغة المتطلبات باستخدام تقنيات النمذجة والرسوم البيانية، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين والتجاريين لتوضيح المتطلبات.
- تقييم الخيارات والتوصية: المشاركة في تحديد خيارات التصميم التي تحسن نتائج الأعمال وتدعم الحالة المستقبلية المرغوبة، ودعم تقييم القيمة المحتملة والجدوى والتوافق للخيارات، وتوصيل الملاحظات وتسجيل التحسينات المطلوبة بناءً على مراجعات الحل أو العروض الوظيفية.
- ضمان دورة حياة المتطلبات: الحفاظ على دقة المتطلبات واتساقها وإمكانية تتبعها طوال دورة الحياة، ودعم تحديد أولويات المتطلبات بناءً على احتياجات أصحاب المصلحة وقيمة الأعمال والترابطات، والمساعدة في ضمان تعريف المتطلبات والتصاميم والتحقق منها وفقاً لمعايير الجودة المعتمدة.
- التنسيق والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة: التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لمتابعة التوضيحات والموافقات والإجراءات المطلوبة، وإعداد تحديثات وملخصات واضحة تتعلق بالمتطلبات ونتائج التحليل والفجوات المحددة، وضمان إيصال معلومات تحليل الأعمال بشكل منظم وواضح.
- السياسات والإجراءات: اتباع جميع سياسات وعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة منضبطة ومتسقة، والامتثال لسياسات وضوابط إدارة السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

- Support the preparation of business analysis activities, methods, and related work plans in line with the required scope and level of formality.
- Assist in identifying relevant stakeholders and maintaining effective working relationships with them.
- Maintain business analysis tools, repositories, and information storage to ensure accessibility and proper documentation.
- Requirements Elicitation & Validation
- Prepare for requirements elicitation sessions by coordinating required logistics, inputs, and stakeholder participation.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and check collected information for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Validate requirements with relevant stakeholders to support shared understanding and formal agreement.
- Requirements Documentation & Management
- Document business requirements using formal and informal documentation methods as appropriate.
- Maintain requirement records, approvals, and related supporting materials throughout the requirements lifecycle.
- Support the reuse of requirements and related information across relevant solutions when applicable.
- Current & Future State Analysis
- Participate in analyzing current and future states considering capabilities, processes, technology, infrastructure, and applicable policies.
- Support the identification of gaps, transition needs, and required changes to reach the desired future state.
- Assist in analyzing related risks and potential impacts on business operations and stakeholders.
- Solution Design Support
- Contribute to defining and reviewing solution requirements to ensure alignment with business needs and quality standards.
- Elaborate requirements using required modelling techniques, diagrams, and analysis methods.
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution understanding.
- Options Assessment & Recommendation
- Participate in identifying and representing design options that improve business outcomes and support the desired future state.
- Support the assessment of potential value, feasibility, and alignment of available design options.
- Communicate feedback and register required enhancements based on solution reviews or functional demonstrations.
- Requirements Lifecycle Assurance
- Maintain requirements accuracy, consistency, and traceability throughout the requirements lifecycle.
- Support prioritization of requirements based on stakeholder needs, business value, and interdependencies.
- Assist in ensuring requirements and designs are properly defined, verified, and aligned with approved quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on pending clarifications, approvals, and required actions.
- Prepare clear updates and summaries related to requirements, analysis outcomes, and identified gaps.

Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, requirements management, systems analysis, or a related field.
