نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير برامج ذي خبرة عملية مرتاح مع الغموض وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل عبر مسارات عمل متعددة. يتطلب هذا الدور تفاعلاً يومياً مع القيادة العليا (مدراء، نواب رئيس) وأصحاب مصلحة خارجيين (عملاء من المستوى التنفيذي، مسؤولين حكوميين، شركاء). ستكون في مركز التنفيذ، لا مجرد مراقب. جانب أساسي من هذا الدور هو القدرة على التأثير دون سلطة مباشرة. ستعمل عبر فرق المبيعات والخدمات الاحترافية والشركاء والتسويق والقطاع العام - ولا أحد منهم يتبع لك - ومع ذلك ستحتاج إلى دفعهم نحو نتائج مشتركة. ذلك يتطلب كسب الثقة والتواصل بدقة ومحاسبة الفرق من خلال الوضوح لا التسلسل الهرمي. ستكون مسؤولاً عن توضيح تقدم البرنامج والمخاطر والقرارات للقيادة بطريقة موجزة ومستندة إلى البيانات وقابلة للتنفيذ.

- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المحليين في السعودية والجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية لضمان الامتثال للبرنامج ومواءمته مع الأولويات الوطنية.
- التواصل مع القادة الداخليين الكبار (مدراء، مدراء عامون، نواب رئيس) والتنفيذيين الخارجيين - بما في ذلك المسؤولين الحكوميين السعوديين والعملاء من المستوى التنفيذي - لدفع التوافق حول الأولويات والموارد.

- توثيق القرارات وعناصر الإجراءات والمتابعات؛ ودفع المساءلة عبر الفرق.
- كتابة سرديات مقنعة (6-pagers, PR/FAQs, استراتيجية وثائق) تتماشى مع ثقافة الكتابة في أمازون.
- إنشاء آليات قابلة للتوسع مثل الإيقاعات والقوالب والأدوات وأطر إعداد التقارير التي تزيد من سرعة الفريق.
- إدارة الميزانيات وعلاقات البائعين وعمليات الشراء عند الاقتضاء.
- تحليل البيانات (pipeline, coverage, مقاييس البرنامج) لاستخراج الرؤى ودفع القرارات.
- تحسين العمليات باستمرار من خلال الاستعراضات اللاحقة والأتمتة والتبسيط.
- دعم أهداف السعودة من خلال تحديد فرص تطوير المواهب المحلية ونقل المعرفة داخل فرق البرنامج.
- تنسيق الفعاليات والمؤتمرات والحملات متعددة أصحاب المصلحة (افتراضياً وحضورياً) من التخطيط وحتى التحليل ما بعد الفعالية - مع التركيز على الأنشطة في السعودية.
- إدارة اللوجستيات والجداول الزمنية وتطوير المحتوى والتنسيق مع البائعين.
- دفع قياس ما بعد الفعالية وإعداد تقارير الأثر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المنتجات أو البرامج التقنية.
- 7+ سنوات من العمل المباشر مع فرق الهندسة.
- 5+ سنوات من إدارة البرامج التقنية والعمل المباشر مع فرق هندسة البرمجيات.
- خبرة في إدارة البرامج عبر فرق متعددة الوظائف، وبناء العمليات، وتنسيق جداول الإصدار.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية ولفظية مع القدرة على التواصل مع الجماهير التقنية وغير التقنية، بما في ذلك القيادة العليا.
- خبرة في بناء تقارير / مجموعات بيانات مالية وتشغيلية تدعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية، أو خبرة في توصيل النتائج إلى القيادة العليا.

- Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery timelines for cross-region initiatives with a focus on KSA market priorities
- Build and maintain program plans and governance frameworks that keep complex programs on track
- Drive end-to-end delivery from ideation through launch, iteration, and scale
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, escalate early, and propose mitigation paths
- Coordinate with local KSA stakeholders, government entities, and regulatory bodies to ensure program compliance and alignment with national priorities
- Engage with senior internal leaders (Directors, GMs, VPs) and external executives-including Saudi government officials and C-suite customers-to drive alignment on priorities and resources
- Navigate matrixed organisations to build consensus and secure commitments without direct authority
- Serve as the connective tissue between sales, professional services, partner, marketing, and public sector teams
- Represent the team in cross-functional forums, leadership reviews, and customer-facing engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with Saudi public sector entities, semi-government organisations, and strategic partners
- Facilitate leadership reporting by producing crisp, data-driven status updates, dashboards, and narrative documents (e.g. weekly business reviews, MBRs, QBRs)
- Translate complex program details into clear executive summaries appropriate for VP-level and above
- Document decisions, action items, and follow-ups; drive accountability across teams
- Write compelling narratives (6-pagers, PR/FAQs, strategy documents) aligned to Amazon's writing culture
- Establish scalable mechanisms such as cadences, templates, tooling, and reporting frameworks that increase team velocity
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes where applicable
- Analyse data (pipeline, coverage, program metrics) to surface insights and drive decisions
- Continuously improve processes through retrospectives, automation, and simplification
- Support Saudization targets by identifying opportunities for local talent development and knowledge transfer within program teams

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
- AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Associate's degree or above
- AWS AI Practitioner certification or demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts
