تعلن شركة تيسلا (Tesla) عن توفر وظيفة مشغل سلامة الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Safety Operator) في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن شخص متحمس وذو دافع ذاتي للانضمام إلى فريق المركبات ذاتية القيادة الخاضعة للإشراف (FSD supervised).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مشغل سلامة الذكاء الاصطناعي قيادة مركبة هندسية لفترات طويلة، والمشاركة في خدمات النقل التشاركي (ride-sharing) أثناء جمع بيانات صوتية ومرئية ديناميكية لأغراض الاختبار والتدريب. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة مرونة عالية، واهتماماً دقيقاً بالتفاصيل، ومهارات قيادة ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع ومتغيرة. كما تتطلب المرونة للسفر محلياً عند الحاجة، والعمل بجدول مرن يشمل يوم عطلة نهاية الأسبوع ضمن أيام العمل العادية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لخدمات النقل التشاركي بما في ذلك إدارة السائقين والركاب.
- قيادة مركبة هندسية لساعات طويلة (من 6 إلى 8 ساعات يومياً) في منطقة محددة لجمع البيانات.
- تشغيل وإيقاف أجهزة التسجيل، وإجراء تصحيح بسيط للأعطال في المعدات والبرمجيات عند الحاجة.
- تحليل البيانات المجمعة والإبلاغ عن جودتها بعد كل نوبة عمل.
- تقديم ملاحظات واقتراح تحسينات للعمليات بهدف تحسين جمع البيانات.
- كتابة تقارير قيادة يومية مفصلة توثق الملاحظات والمشكلات.
- التأكد من سلامة المركبة وحالتها التشغيلية قبل كل نوبة عمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وخبرة قيادة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- الالتزام بسياسات تيسلا والقوانين ذات العلاقة فيما يتعلق باختبار المخدرات (لأن هذا المنصب حساس من حيث السلامة).
- العمل الإضافي (Overtime) وارد في هذه الوظيفة لكنه غير مضمون.
المهارات المطلوبة
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل وملاحظة عالية أثناء جمع البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إلمام تقني عالي مع خبرة في إدارة أدوات جمع البيانات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، بالإضافة إلى مهارات متقدمة في استخدام الحاسوب لا سيما مجموعة Microsoft Office.
- الإلمام بأنظمة مساعدة السائق المتقدمة (ADAS) وأنظمة القيادة الذاتية (ADS) يعد ميزة إضافية.

What To Expect
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our vehicle FSD (supervised) team. As an AI Safety Operator, you will be responsible for driving an engineering vehicle for extended periods, ride-sharing while conducting dynamic audio and camera data collection for testing and training purposes. This role requires a high level of flexibility, strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmen.
This opportunity will require the flexibility of traveling to domestic destinations, as necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes at least one of your normal working days be a weekend day.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of ride-hailing services including driver/rider management Drive an engineering vehicle for extended hours in a designated area for data collection, 6 to 8 hours daily Start/Stop recording devices and perform minor equipment/software debugging as needed Analyze and report on the quality of data collected during each shift Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to optimize data collection Write detailed daily drive reports documenting observations and issues Ensure the vehicle’s safety and operational status before every shift
What You'll Bring
A valid driver’s license is required and minimum 5 years of driving history required Excellent attention to detail and highly observant during data collection Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Tech-savvy with experience managing tools for data collection and troubleshooting with advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) is preferred Overtime is also typical for this position but not guaranteed This is a safety-sensitive position, subject to drug testing in accordance with Tesla policy and applicable law
