تسعى ElevenLabs، شركة رائدة في أبحاث الذكاء الاصطناعي ومنتجات الصوت، إلى توظيف مدير عام للسعودية. يقع مقر العمل في السعودية، وسيتولى المسؤولية عن تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الشاملة للسوق السعودي، وبناء ثقافة عالمية المستوى، وضمان توافق أعمال الشرق الأوسط مع أهداف الشركة العامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة لنمو الإيرادات لتحقيق أهداف الشركة في السوق السعودي.
- إجراء أبحاث سوقية متعمقة لتحديد فرص النمو وتقييم المشهد التنافسي.
- وضع استراتيجيات لتوليد عملاء محتملين بجودة عالية وتحويلهم إلى مبيعات.
- إدارة خط أنابيب المبيعات لضمان تدفق مستمر للفرص وتحقيق معدلات تحويل قوية.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين وأصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز الأعمال المستمرة.
- ضمان وضع علامة ElevenLabs التجارية بشكل فعال في السوق السعودي لجذب العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم.
- توظيف وتدريب وإدارة فريق مبيعات وتطوير أعمال عالي الأداء.
- تنفيذ مقاييس الأداء وإجراء مراجعات دورية لضمان تحقيق الفريق للأهداف أو تجاوزها.
- تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات في العمليات لتعزيز كفاءة وفعالية المبيعات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في مجال التكنولوجيا، مع 3-5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي عليا أو مدير عام.
- معرفة واسعة بالعمل في السوق السعودي.
- سجل مثبت في امتلاك وتنمية أرباح وخسائر إقليمية (P&L).
- فهم قوي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والبرمجيات كخدمة (AI/SaaS) وتطبيقاتها التجارية.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف في بيئة نمو سريع أو شركة ناشئة.
- الإقامة في السعودية.

- شغف بالصوت والصوتيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع دافع لجعل المحتوى أكثر سهولة ودفع حدود التكنولوجيا الناشئة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- عقلية تحليلية مع قدرة قوية على اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).

Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation: Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates.
- Client and Partner Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Saudi Arabia market to attract and retain clients.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

- You are passionate about voice and audio AI, with a drive to make content more accessible and push the boundaries of emerging technology.
- 10+ years of experience in tech, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
- Extensive knowledge working in the Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.
- Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Based out of the Saudi Arabia
