Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a 🚀 Seeking VC / Strategic Investment professional at DevChecks. The individual in this role will identify, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with venture capital firms, strategic investors, and funding partners aligned with DevChecks’ growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial analyses, preparing investor materials and pitch decks, coordinating due diligence, and supporting negotiation of investment terms. The role involves collaborating closely with executive leadership to refine fundraising strategies, assess investment opportunities, and communicate DevChecks’ value proposition clearly to potential investors. This position requires proactive outreach, consistent pipeline management, and regular reporting on investor engagements and funding progress.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate markets, investment opportunities, and financial data.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Investments and Investment Management to manage investor pipelines and funding processes.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and Investment Strategies to support modeling, valuation, and negotiation of terms.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance is highly beneficial.
• Ability to create persuasive investor presentations, pitch decks, and supporting documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with comfort in remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with technology sectors such as AI, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
