نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن محلل عمليات مستودعات منظم وموجه نحو التفاصيل لدعم العمليات الآمنة والفعالة في مستودعات جدة. يشغل الدور أهمية كبيرة في ضمان دقة إدارة المخزون وسلاسة تدفق المواد والامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة في بيئة عمل سريعة الخطى للسلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG). توفر هذه الفرصة نموًا مهنيًا في مجال سلسلة الإمداد والخدمات اللوجستية مع التعرض للمعايير العالمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم العمليات اليومية للمستودع بما في ذلك استلام المواد وصرف المنتجات النهائية
- ضمان صرف المواد الخام ومواد التغليف للإنتاج في الوقت المحدد وبدقة وفقًا للخطط
- تنفيذ معاملات SAP مثل إيصال البضائع وترحيل التحويلات وصرف البضائع والشحنات
- مراقبة دقة المخزون بما في ذلك مستويات المخزون وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية والمواد بطيئة الحركة
- المشاركة في الجرد الدوري وتحليل الفروق واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
- تنسيق الشحنات الواردة والصادرة مع أقسام الخدمات اللوجستية وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين
- ضمان الامتثال لمبدأ FIFO وسياسات الشركة
- تعزيز ممارسات المستودع الآمنة ومراقبة عمليات الرافعات الشوكية وفقًا لمعايير السلامة
- الحفاظ على معايير 5S ودعم عمليات التدقيق ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
- دعم تدريب وجدولة مشغلي المستودعات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية
- درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة الإمداد أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة المستودعات أو المخزون (يفضل في قطاع FMCG)
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP (يفضل SAP)

- مهارات قوية في Excel ومعالجة البيانات
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

Warehouse Operations Analyst (Saudi Nationals)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse operations in Jeddah. This role is key to ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for Saudi talent to grow within supply chain and logistics, gaining exposure to global standards and structured operations.
About The Role
As a Warehouse Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities across consumables, finished goods, and raw materials. You will ensure accurate stock control, efficient warehouse processes aligned with FIFO principles, and strong coordination between warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
You will also play a key role in maintaining SAP data accuracy and supporting both inbound and outbound operations.

Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving materials and dispatching finished goods
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw and packaging materials to production based on plans
- Execute SAP transactions such as goods receipt, transfer postings, goods issue, and shipments
- Monitor inventory accuracy, including stock levels, expiry dates, and slow-moving materials
- Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective actions
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with FIFO principles and company policies
- Promote safe warehouse practices and monitor forklift operations in line with safety standards
- Maintain 5S standards and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training and scheduling of warehouse operators
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (FMCG preferred)
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
