The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable ERP Specialist with strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of software development, hands-on experience supporting and configuring ERP systems, and the ability to bridge technical requirements with business needs across Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.

Role Purpose

Handle the technical configuration, daily maintenance, and functional support of the organization's ERP system, ensuring business modules operate efficiently while acting as the key link between technical requirements and user needs to drive data integrity and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve system issues, bugs, and user-reported problems
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align ERP functions
Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants
Develop automated dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business intelligence across departments
Design, build, and maintain centralized data repositories (data warehousing) to support analytics and reporting
Develop supporting application integrations with Dynamics 365 to enhance financial, operational, and internal audit processes
Deliver ERP training and support to department users
Assist in planning and organizing department goals and initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field
Solid understanding of software development
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, with understanding of technical terminology
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
