Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Consultant will identify and engage prospective clients, present YOVI’s services and solutions, and guide clients in selecting offerings that align with their creative and business goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with creative and production teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution. The role involves maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, monitoring customer satisfaction, and following up on delivered projects to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, with experience guiding clients through solutions and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on building trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in creative industries, media, production, or technology-driven services.
• Candidates should be proficient in organizing a sales pipeline, and working with targets and performance metrics.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should have a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial; English proficiency is important for client communication and documentation.
