تسعى شركة INTECH Automation & Intelligence للتعيين في الخبر، السعودية، لمهندس مراقبة جودة (QC Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها الديناميكي. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يكون ملمًا بمتطلبات الجودة لأرامكو السعودية ولديه خبرة سابقة في مشاريع أرامكو، مع اعتماد من أرامكو كمهندس QC والقدرة على الإشراف على أنشطة الجودة في الموقع لضمان التزام جميع مخرجات المشروع بأعلى معايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة مراقبة الجودة في الموقع، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة الخاصة بأرامكو السعودية ومواصفات المشروع.
- الإشراف على فحص واختبار المواد والمعدات وأنشطة البناء للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع والصناعة.
- الحفاظ على وثائق الجودة الدقيقة، بما في ذلك تقارير الفحص وسجلات الاختبار وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs).
- تحديد وتوثيق حالات عدم المطابقة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ومتابعة حلها.
- إجراء فحوصات للمواد والمعدات من الموردين لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لمعالجة قضايا الجودة وتنفيذ الحلول.
- المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي للجودة، وضمان امتثال جميع إجراءات وسجلات الجودة لمتطلبات أرامكو واللوائح الصناعية.
- الإشراف على وتوجيه فريق الجودة في الموقع، وضمان أداء جميع أنشطة مراقبة الجودة وفقاً لمعايير المشروع والمشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز أداء الجودة العام للمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، كهربائية، مدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مراقبة الجودة، خاصة في مشاريع EPC.
- اعتماد من أرامكو السعودية كمهندس QC – إلزامي.
- الإلمام بمعايير وإجراءات الجودة لأرامكو السعودية.
- شهادة في أنظمة إدارة الجودة (ISO 9001 أو ما يعادلها) – يُفضل.
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات مراقبة الجودة وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع.
- معرفة قوية بإجراءات الفحص والاختبار لمشاريع EPC، بما في ذلك المواد والمعدات وأنشطة البناء.
- خبرة في الحفاظ على وثائق وسجلات الجودة التفصيلية، بما في ذلك تقارير الفحص وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs).

What You’ll Lead And Deliver
- Manage and supervise all on-site quality control activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco’s QC standards and project specifications.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure they meet project and industry quality standards.
- Maintain accurate QC documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Identify and document non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
- Conduct inspections of materials and equipment from vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring all QC procedures and records are compliant with Saudi Aramco and industry regulations.
- Supervise and mentor on-site QC staff, ensuring all quality control activities are performed according to project standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the project’s overall quality performance.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
- 5+ years of experience in quality control, particularly within EPC projects.
- Aramco approval as a QC Engineer is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco QC standards and procedures.
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent) is preferred.
- Expertise in managing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Strong knowledge of inspection and testing procedures for EPC projects, including materials, equipment, and construction activities.
- Proficient in identifying, documenting, and resolving non-conformances and quality issues.
- Experience in maintaining detailed QC documentation and records, including inspection reports and NCRs.
- High attention to detail to ensure all project deliverables meet stringent quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure quality standards are understood and met.
- Ability to quickly identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
- Capable of supervising and guiding a team of on-site QC personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple QC tasks simultaneously and ensure all inspections are completed on time.
