Key Responsibility Areas & Activities

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries

- Perform core administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with booking appointments, organizing calendars, and coordinating conference room reservations
- Act as a smooth communication bridge between external visitors, clients, and internal teams
- Assist various departments with message delivery and ad-hoc administrative requests
- Address caller or visitor concerns calmly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate manager when needed
- Ensure every guest receives an attentive and high-standard customer service experience

- Monitor office supply levels, conduct stock checks, and reorder items as necessary
- Coordinate with facility management or vendor services for routine repairs and office upkeep

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Associate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
