We are looking for an Accountant with strong hands-on accounting experience in the Saudi retail and F&B market. The Full-Stack Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting operations for a portfolio of clients using Rewaa's accounting platform. This role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and proactive financial guidance while leveraging technology and AI to deliver efficient, high-quality accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned clients.
• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure VAT compliance, prepare tax filings, and support ZATCA requirements.
• Communicate with clients to collect missing information and resolve accounting issues.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Saudi accounting standards.
• Utilize Rewaa's accounting platform and AI tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with VAT regulations and Saudi accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• SOCPA membership or certification.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience working in an accounting firm or managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems.
• Familiarity with retail, F&B, or SME businesses.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity or accounting tools.
• Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs.
• Experience with financial advisory or business performance analysis.
