يسر شركة الفانار (alfanar) توظيف مهندس أول للعطاءات (Sr. Engineer, Tendering) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق عمل فعال لضمان إنجاز المهام بفعالية.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام بشكل عادل لكل مرؤوس حسب اختصاصه لضمان الروح المعنوية والتحفيز.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفقاً للجداول الزمنية المحددة.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بأقل تكلفة ووقت ممكنين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية توضح الانحرافات عن الخطط وتفاصيل تنفيذ المهام المخططة.
  • حل أي مشاكل ذات صلة تظهر ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة إلى المستوى الأعلى.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير رقابة فعالة على العمليات والمواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق الأنظمة والسياسات والإجراءات المكتوبة بشكل جيد والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن نطاق العمل لضمان السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عملية من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال ذات صلة.

Job description:

Job Purpose Key Accountability Areas Management Accountability
  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
