نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم الطبيب بتقديم التقييم السريري والتشخيص والعلاج لمجموعة واسعة من حالات الجلد والشعر والأظافر لمرضى من خلفيات متنوعة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم خدمات الجلدية التجميلية والمشاركة في تحسين الجودة والالتزام بالمعايير السريرية والتنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الاستشارات والتشخيص والعلاج لحالات الجلد والشعر والأظافر.
- إجراء الإجراءات الجلدية المختلفة.
- وصف الأدوية والعلاجات المناسبة ومتابعة رعاية المرضى.
- تقديم خدمات الجلدية التجميلية (Cosmetic Dermatology) حسب الحاجة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات داخل المجموعة الطبية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة والالتزام بالإرشادات السريرية والمعايير التنظيمية.
- تثقيف المرضى والمساهمة في تحسين الجودة المستمرة ودعم بيئة رعاية مهنية تتمحور حول المريض.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أساس قوي في الطب والجلدية مع القدرة على تشخيص وعلاج مجموعة واسعة من الحالات الجلدية.
- خبرة سريرية في علاج حب الشباب (Acne) واضطرابات الجلد ذات الصلة باستخدام أساليب علاجية قائمة على الأدلة.
- مهارات في الجلدية التجميلية (Cosmetic Dermatology) وعلم التجميل (Cosmetology) لإجراء الإجراءات التجميلية وتقديم الاستشارات حول خيارات العلاج التجميلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الطب (MD أو ما يعادلها) مع إقامة مكتملة في الأمراض الجلدية.
- شهادة البورد أو الأهلية في الجلدية (يفضل).
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة الطب في المملكة العربية السعودية أو القابلية للحصول عليها وفقاً للأنظمة الوطنية.
- التزام واضح بسلامة المرضى والممارسة الأخلاقية والرعاية السريرية عالية الجودة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة التخصصات ومتعددة الثقافات.
- الرغبة في متابعة التطورات الحديثة في الجلدية والعلاجات التجميلية من خلال التطوير المهني المستمر.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Dermatologist will provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions for patients of diverse backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing dermatological procedures, prescribing appropriate medications and therapies, and managing follow-up care. The role also includes providing cosmetic dermatology services as appropriate, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the medical group, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. The Dermatologist is expected to participate in patient education, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and support a professional, patient-centered care environment.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions.
- Clinical expertise in Acne management and related skin disorders, including evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology for performing aesthetic procedures and advising on cosmetic treatment options.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency in Dermatology; board certification or eligibility in Dermatology preferred.
- Valid license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain licensure according to national regulations.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and high-quality clinical care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, culturally diverse setting.
- Willingness to stay current with advances in dermatology and cosmetic treatments through ongoing professional development.
